What you resonate with is what you experience. Sometimes you can feel powerless to make changes for the better because your personal energy field is resonating with unconscious patterns you are unable to transform without help. Resonance Repatterning® is a highly effective process developed by Chloe Wordsworth that can be used to transform negative patterns that exist in your life into positive ones. It is a powerful system of transformation that accesses the unconscious programming that underlies your experience of life and facilitates a shift in your resonance so that you truly begin to enjoy your every day life as you would like it to be.

This process helps you clear your beliefs, behaviors and negative emotions that create limitation in your life. Much of what holds you back comes from subconscious patterns, or programming, that took place early in life. These subconscious patterns create interference that prevents you from having the happiness, abundance, and fulfillment in work, love and health that you desire. Though these patterns may not be in your conscious awareness they still have a major impact on your life. Resonance Repatterning works by bringing the patterns into consciousness so they can be addressed.

The process then helps you clear these patterns and eliminate the interference, so that you easily and naturally move towards a state of greater balance, aliveness, harmony, and alignment with your goals called 'coherence.' To create coherence, a holographic 'map' of the patterns to be cleared is created with your input and the use of muscle checking (or kinesiology) is used to identify what is needed. Healing modalities are then selected from many different systems of alternative healing to rebalance your system.

Repatterning can be useful in clearing patterns, helping you get unstuck from situations, and creating positive change in any area of life including your relationships, career and general well-being. Most clients find the work to be powerful, yet supportive, and highly effective in helping make desired changes in a way that feels easy and natural. It can be used on its own and also in patnership with many other kinds of personal growth, healing, coaching and therapy work.

Sessions can be take place in person or over the phone. Both are as equally effective. Following a session you will typically feel very different about the issue or problem that you initially presented with prior to the session. One session can be enough to transform a situation though you may need a series to fully integrate change. A session costs £40 - £45. A series of 5 sessions together may be booked at £35 each, payable in advance.

The first session lasts for about 1.5 hours and after that sessions are about an hour in length. Please email or phone for an appointment.
