Katheryn Hope 

Katheryn Hope is the founder and creator of Living Consciously©  She has written a book called "Gateways to the Soul" (awaiting publication) and is setting up courses, workshops and therapies based around themes from the book. Katheryn was born in London to two artists who later relocated to the rural countryside of Suffolk and set up a smallholding. Her childhood was spent collecting fresh eggs, picking apples in the orchard, finding pebbles on the beach and exploring the local countryside. She loves rural life and now lives in Devon with her  children. 

Katheryn has many years experience in a variety of therapies and practices and has intuitively developed her own unique way of working by bringing together diverse trainings and therapies. Her initial background was in nursing and she went on to gain a First Class degree in Media and Communication Studies, trained in Resonance Repatterning, Feng Shui and as a Shamanic practitioner and is qualified in Aromatherapy and Reiki. She is also a fully qualified Life Coach. As well as writing, she also paints with acrylic and oil. 

Katheryn has run meditation groups and workshops in the South West of England for several years. Her book is about the awakening and transformation of personal consciousness and the huge potential for change we have in this lifetime; both in the way we relate to our world and the way we live in it. Based on the human journey and using the chakras as a guide, with personal examples and experiences, it is about our relationship with our self and the choices we make in our individual lives as we walk the path to global transformation.

Katheryn's ultimate intention is to assist others in finding their own foundation of empowerment and growth. She believes passionately that we are our own Source and that the divine resides within each of us not within some far flung spiritual domain beyond our reach. She feels it is a gift to have access to a higher form of wisdom and also to offer the tools to help others do the same. She believes we are all creators and it is for each of us to choose the life we would like to live and live it and that together we can create our heaven on earth. All we need to do is find our own way. Part of that way for Katheryn was the writing of her book.
